Join us as Head of Finance for our growing Transformer Repair & Refurbishment plant in Charlotte. Shape all finance processes from the ground up in a facility currently under construction, collaborating closely with plant leadership to drive transparency, compliance and data-driven decisions. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports, translate financial insights into actionable strategies and champion the digital transformation of finance.

Your Responsibilities

• Own and build finance processes for the new transformer repair & refurbishment plant during start-up phase
• Partner with plant management and stakeholders to foster trust, transparency and informed financial decision-making
• Prepare, present and interpret financial statements in accordance with local and international accounting standards
• Analyze performance to derive clear action plans and counter-measures together with plant leadership
• Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements while maintaining highest integrity standards
• Lead strategic and digitalization initiatives across the factory network and develop a high-performing finance team

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or comparable qualification plus several years of finance experience
• Minimum 5 years of finance leadership, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment
• Strong communication skills and collaborative leadership style that motivates teams long-term
• Passion for developing young talent and supporting professional growth
• Excellent digital literacy and English proficiency
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
