Your Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate high-value partnerships across public and private sectors in your territory.
- Build data-driven business cases and demonstrate Via’s value proposition across multiple verticals.
- Advise cities and clients on regional transit planning and funding strategies.
- Act as Via’s public face—speaking at conferences, leading marketing campaigns, and driving thought leadership.
Your Profile
- 8+ years of quota-carrying success in enterprise sales, business development, or consulting.
- Consultative selling mindset with proven ability to translate data into compelling narratives.
- Strong analytical and research skills; comfortable tackling complex, unfamiliar markets.
- Persuasive communicator in presentations, negotiations, and written proposals.
- Excellent commercial judgment and deal-crafting intuition.
- Growth-oriented self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: USD 145k–165k per year plus commission & equity.
