4 IHK qualifications in 3 years

• Years 1-2: “Retail Merchant” apprenticeship (requirement: vocational baccalaureate)
  • Hands-on organic farm or production site
  • Deep organic product & range knowledge
  • Sales & freshness tasks, customer advice, checkout
  • Ordering, inventory, marketing, staff scheduling
  • Theatre workshop “Adventure Culture”
• Year 3: “Retail Management Specialist” course with early leadership responsibility
• Plus: Certificate “Organic Specialist Retail” and trainer aptitude (AEVO)
