Training location: Dresden, Bautzner Straße 87
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week (full-time)
Holiday entitlement: 36 days per year
Training allowance: Varies by federal state, minimum

• Year 1: €1,190
• Year 2: €1,290
• Year 3: €1,420 (retail merchant apprentices only)
• + Christmas and holiday bonus from year 1

What you will experience

• “Adventure Culture” theatre workshop
• Hands-on experience on organic farms or in organic production facilities
• Comprehensive knowledge of organic products & the Alnatura range
• Classic retail tasks: merchandising, freshness checks, checkout, customer advice
• Store management duties: ordering, stocktaking, marketing campaigns, staff scheduling
