Apprenticeship as Retail Management Assistant (m/f/d) – Erding (2026)

During your three-year apprenticeship as a Retail Management Assistant at Denns BioMarkt you will discover every area of our store. You will present organic foods, give expert advice to customers, handle cash and support promotional product placements. From receiving and checking deliveries to storing and ordering goods, you will take on organisational tasks and help implement marketing campaigns.

Your tasks:

• appealing presentation of our premium organic food
• comprehensive, friendly customer advice
• cashiering and till reconciliation
• implementation of promotional activities
• co-ordination of ordering, receiving, checking and storing goods
• support with sales campaigns and seasonal merchandising

What you bring:

• good school-leaving results, preferably a secondary-school certificate
• enjoy working with people and excellent manners
• strong team spirit, commitment and sense of responsibility
• interest in organic and natural products
