Your next mission
As Assembly Supervisor (f/m/d) you will lead on-site teams worldwide in the installation of HVDC converters, high- and low-voltage equipment and ensure all technical and contractual specifications are met flawlessly.

Supervision and coordination of HVDC converter, high- and low-voltage equipment assembly, including on-time completion and documentation
Progress control, schedule tracking and initiation of counter- or acceleration measures when delays threaten
Early identification of opportunities and risks and active support in claim management
Creation, tracking and full documentation of all changes
Ensuring strict compliance with environmental, health and safety requirements

Your profile

Completed electrical vocational training (e.g. mechatronics technician, electronics technician, industrial electrician)
Solid professional experience in plant or switchgear construction
First leadership experience an advantage
Knowledge of occupational safety and fitness for heights according to valid regulations
Intercultural competence, negotiation-level German and good English skills
Willingness for worldwide business trips and longer on-site assignments (6–8 months) at home and abroad

The team
The Project Entity is responsible for the excellent execution of complex projects across all Siemens Energy business areas. The Erection & Commissioning (EC) department manages the entire site process—from civil works and mechanical erection through to the commissioning of HVDC plants.
