Project Lead Customer Training (f/m/d)

Your Role
As Project Lead Customer Training (f/m/d) you are the central contact for executing customer training, ensuring technical and contractual requirements are reflected in training outcomes. You develop and deliver tailored training programmes for global Siemens Energy projects. Within the Gas Services Solution team you act as the subject-matter expert for training scopes of complex, multi-business projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare competitive, project-specific cost estimates for training packages that meet customer requirements and sales directives
• Translate technical complexity into practical learning content and design customised training schedules together with customers, internal/external partners and specialists
• Strategically coordinate comprehensive training packages to meet project milestones within defined budgets
• Act as the central communication interface in multicultural, interdisciplinary project teams

Your Qualifications

• University degree in engineering or several years’ professional experience in plant engineering; power-plant knowledge advantageous
• Strong organisational talent with meticulous attention to detail
• Business-fluent German and English; additional languages welcome
• Convincing negotiation and presentation skills
• Passion for working in diverse, international teams
