Your responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff management
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• On-the-job training of apprentices (m/f/d) and new employees (m/f/d)
• Carrying out inventories
• Proper product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring an impeccable store appearance

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as retail merchant (food) or several years of professional experience in grocery retail, ideally with an organic focus
• Interest in organic food
• Enjoyment of sales and a keen sense for customer needs
• First experience in team-oriented leadership of employees (m/f/d), e.g. as shift supervisor or daily deputy
• Self-initiative and strong sense of responsibility
