Your Responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff leadership and development
• Creation of staff deployment and holiday schedules
• Training of apprentices and new employees
• Carrying out regular inventories
• Proper product presentation and active assortment maintenance
• Ensuring a flawless appearance of the store

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as retail merchant (food) or several years of experience in grocery retail, preferably organic
• Enthusiasm for organic food
• Enjoy selling and strong customer orientation
• Initial leadership experience, e.g. as shift leader or daily deputy
• High initiative and strong sense of responsibility
