Workshop Technician: Bicycle Service & Repair

Your responsibilities

• Function check & initial inspection: Examine incoming bicycles and e-bikes for technical defects and carry out performance tests
• Service & maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance on high-quality bicycles and e-bikes to keep them in perfect condition
• Repairs: Adjust gears, service brakes, replace components – restore all types of bicycles to top condition
• Damage diagnosis: Analyze defects, identify root causes and professionally repair bicycles using quality spare parts

Your profile

• Manual skills & technical understanding: Experience with brakes, chains or wheels is an advantage
• Digital affinity: Comfortable using workshop software and entering bike data on tablet/PC
• Precision & quality awareness: Meticulous working style to ensure every bike leaves the workshop flawlessly
• Physical resilience: Adequate fitness for mechanical work in the workshop
• German language (B2): Good command of spoken and written German for instructions and documentation
