Your Tasks

Manage the scheduling of our own fleet (35 trucks) and our drivers for regional and long-haul transport; collaborate with external carriers.
Independently plan routes (line haul and distribution) keeping operational efficiency and cost control in sharp focus.
Collect, monitor and optimise key performance indicators of our transport fleet.
Support drivers, monitor driving and rest times as well as legal social regulations.
Deliver excellent customer service, handle complaints and damage reports.
Carry out administrative tasks: data maintenance in ERP and billing systems.
Contribute your own ideas to streamline workflows and continuously develop the department.

Your Profile

Completed vocational training as Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification.
Many years of professional experience in transport/planning desirable.
Passion for logistics and the motivation to advance your career.
Willingness to work flexibly (alternating between 4- and 6-day weeks).
Service and customer orientation with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Proficient in MS Office and experienced with a transport management system.
