How to contribute to our vision

As our new Quality Inspector on Platforms, you will be at the heart of very dynamic team of quality professionals that operates in 20+ countries in Onshore. Our regional service quality team consists of experts in either project quality, quality control or quality assurance/improvements.

You will actively perform quality inspections on our wind farms in a variety of countries. These inspections include but will not be limited to:

  • Independently plan, coordinate, and perform quality inspections.
  • Prioritize inspection requests based on internal and external requirement.
  • Prioritize inspection requests based on internal and external requirement
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards through inspections.
  • Participate in and oversee quality improvement initiatives.
  • Lead quality control initiatives to enhance product and maintenance quality in onshore services.
  • Conduct mandatory training sessions for field colleagues.
  • Ensure colleagues are knowledgeable about quality standards and procedures.
  • Act as a liaison to ensure effective cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Resolve any quality-related issues.
  • Monitor legal and industry-specific matters related to quality processes.
  • Contribute to budget planning for quality-related activities.

  • Voice Your Opinion: We expect you to speak up and suggest changes when needed.
  • Travel: Willing to travel extensively within Poland and abroad in Europe (Travel time 80%)
  • Team Player: Enjoy working in a multicultural environment; strong communication skills and reliability.
  • Experience: Strong technical skills are required, as well as previous quality experience; experience in Renewable Energy is a plus.
  • Quality Ambassador: Passionate about creating Quality Awareness.
  • Organized and Proactive: Structured, organized, and able to address risks before they materialize.
  • Fluent English: Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Driver’s License: Must have a valid Driver’s License B.
  • Physical Fitness: Able to handle physically demanding tasks.
  • Education: University degree is a plus, but experience and motivation are more important. However, we do welcome fresh graduates who would like to start there professional experience at Siemens Gamesa to apply.
