Manufacturing Technician Finish Visual Borescope 3rd Shift 10 pm–6 am

A snapshot of your day

In this role you will drive manufacturing and repair processes, lead development and continuous-improvement projects and partner with combustion-design and repair-engineering teams to innovate new products. Your work helps lower the fabrication cost of gas-turbine combustion components through advanced manufacturing at our Gibsonton, Florida site.

How you make an impact

• Process and inspect investment castings to customer specifications.
• Cross-train and qualify in all internal NDT methods (VT, PT, digital RT, UTT).
• Perform rework when required.
• Train co-workers in NDT techniques after qualification by the Responsible Level 3.
• Conduct internal and supplier audits.
• Interface with production to provide necessary NDT support.

What you bring

• High-school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in at least one NDT discipline (X-ray, FPI, visual inspection) preferred.
• General knowledge of other NDT disciplines and investment-casting experience a plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
• An export licence (BIS / DDTC) is required; willingness to work with export-controlled technology.
