Apprenticeship as Retail Sales Assistant - Giessen An der Hessenhalle (2026)

During your 3-year apprenticeship as a Retail Sales Assistant at Denns BioMarkt you will rotate through every department – from replenishment and checkout to deli counter, bistro and back office. You learn how to order, receive and present goods, advise customers on organic products and help plan promotions and seasonal displays.

Your tasks

• create attractive presentations of certified organic foods
• provide knowledgeable advice and sales service at the fresh counters and in the store
• operate the checkout and balance cash registers
• receive, inspect, store and reorder stock
• support marketing campaigns, promotions and seasonal set-ups
