Purchaser (m/f/d) Negotiation Excellence

Your role at a glance
As a Purchaser (m/f/d) in the Negotiation Excellence Group at our Görlitz site, you will secure material supply and optimize procurement processes. You negotiate with suppliers, manage purchase orders and drive continuous process improvements for greater efficiency and competitiveness.

• Execute and control operational procurement with focus on negotiation preparation and follow-up
• Own inquiry and negotiation processes for procurement-relevant components
• KPI tracking, contract design and success monitoring
• Close cooperation with project management, engineering, production and strategic sourcing
• Coordination with national and international suppliers on schedules, quantities and quality

Your profile

• Commercial or technical education, preferably with purchasing focus
• Professional experience in operational or strategic purchasing advantageous
• Negotiation-level German and English
• Analytical, structured working style with strong solution orientation
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
