Supervisor Blade Production – Goleniów

We are looking for an experienced team leader to join our modern Vestas wind-turbine factory in Goleniów. From day one you will influence processes, work with cutting-edge technology and drive continuous improvement.

The Blade Production department manufactures rotor blades to quality, cost and schedule targets. Using LEAN tools we continuously boost efficiency, quality and safety to support Vestas’ operational excellence.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the blade-production team in line with process and work-instruction requirements
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards during the shift
• Secure quality of finished and semi-finished products according to ISO 9001 procedures
• Execute production plans while optimising labour and material utilisation
• Monitor material demand and consumption; identify and drive cost-saving actions
• Maintain 5S and visual-management standards on the shop floor
• Initiate and implement Lean / TPM improvement projects

Your qualifications

• Technical education (min. technician; B.Sc. in mechanical, electrical engineering preferred)
• Proven leadership experience
• Hands-on knowledge of Lean, TPM, Kanban and Six Sigma
• Understanding of ISO 9001 requirements
• Strong communication skills and stress resilience
• Business-fluent English
