Working hours: 37.5 h/week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days per year
Income: Varies by federal state, minimum:

• Year 1: €1,290 per month
• Year 2: €1,420 per month
• From year 3: regular employee salary
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year 1

Your experience with us

• 2-year apprenticeship as Retail Clerk (requirement: A-levels or equivalent)
  • Theatre workshop “Culture Adventure”
  • Hands-on experience on an organic farm or in organic production
  • In-depth knowledge of organic products & Alnatura range
  • Sales tasks: shelving, freshness checks, checkout, customer advice
  • Store management: ordering, inventory, promotions, staff scheduling
• 1-year further training as Retail Management Specialist
  • Early leadership responsibility
• Additional qualification “Organic Retail” (year 3)
• Instructor aptitude certificate AEVO (year 3)
