Apprenticeship as Retail Merchant for Organic Food (m/f/d) – Hüfingen 2026

During your 3-year apprenticeship as a retail merchant at Denns BioMarkt you will discover every area of our organic supermarket: from goods receipt, storage and shelf maintenance to checkout and back office, as well as professional customer advice on organic products. You actively support daily operations, implement promotional campaigns, help organise sales promotions and take responsibility for the attractive presentation of fresh produce at the fruit & vegetable, cheese, bakery and bistro counters.

Your tasks:

• Attractive presentation of organic products
• Expert advice and customer-oriented sales
• Cash handling and balancing
• Implementation of marketing and promotional placements
• Organising ordering, goods receipt, checking and storage
• Participation in seasonal sales promotions

What you bring:

• At least intermediate school-leaving certificate with good grades
• Enjoy dealing with people and strong team skills
• High level of commitment and sense of responsibility
• Interest in organic and sustainability topics
