Apprenticeship as Retail Sales Assistant – Organic Sector (Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttler Str.) 2026

During your 3-year apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will learn all commercial processes in an organic supermarket – from goods receipt and customer consultation to cash management. You take responsibility for maintaining our shelves, fresh-food counters (bakery, cheese) and bistro, and cooperate closely with the back office. You advise customers expertly on our complete organic range and ensure an outstanding shopping experience.

Your tasks

• Attractive presentation and replenishment of organic products
• Competent, friendly customer advice on natural foods
• Cash handling and accurate cash reconciliation
• Implementation of advertising and marketing measures
• Ordering, goods-in inspection and on-time stock management
• Participation in seasonal promotions and attractive store layouts
