Apprenticeship as Retail Salesperson – Organic Products (m/w/d), Hamburg Stratenbarg 2026

During your 3-year apprenticeship as a retail salesperson you will rotate through every department of our Denns organic supermarket: from goods receiving and quality control to attractive shelf presentation and careful restocking of fruit and vegetables. You will learn how to merchandise organic foods professionally and to advise customers competently – from the citrus display to the cheese counter, from the bistro to the back office.

Your responsibilities

• Eye-catching presentation of premium organic groceries
• Comprehensive, friendly customer consultation
• Cash handling and reconciliation
• Implementation of promotional activities
• Ordering, receiving, quality checks and storage of stock
• Supporting sales campaigns and seasonal merchandising

What you bring

• School-leaving certificate, preferably at intermediate level
• Enjoy dealing with people and excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong team spirit, commitment and a sense of responsibility
• Interest in organic and natural products
