Project Optimization Manager (f/m/d) – Techno-Commercial Wind Farm Optimization

As Project Optimization Manager (f/m/d) you enhance the competitiveness and profitability of large German wind farm projects. At the interface of Engineering, Sales, Wind & Site and Service you identify value-adding solutions and lead techno-commercial customer workshops.

Your tasks

• Identify and quantify optimisation measures
• Lead techno-commercial customer meetings and workshops
• Coordinate feasibility studies with internal experts
• Ensure on-time implementation before tender deadlines
• Contribute to continuous improvement of methods and processes

Your profile

• University degree in engineering, renewable energy, industrial engineering or similar
• Several years of experience in wind energy or related fields
• Strong analytical and techno-commercial understanding
• Confident communication in customer-facing situations
• Proactive, structured approach in complex stakeholder environments
• Excellent English and German
