Field Sales Representative – Heat Pumps (m/f/d)

Developed in Sweden and manufactured in Poland, our heat pump is installed by more than 300 specialists in our own service companies across Germany, ensuring customers a seamless switch to clean energy.

Your responsibilities

• On-site customer visits: collect building data and determine heating requirements
• Schedule and execute field appointments, capturing data for energy and heating concepts
• Document all project-relevant parameters with accuracy
• Explain our energy solutions and show customers how to cut energy costs
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in HVAC or comparable technical/commercial qualification with experience in technical sales
• Previous sales experience with heating, energy or technically complex products is an advantage
• Confident, persuasive communication and strong customer focus
• Comfortable using digital data-capture and CRM systems
• High self-motivation, team spirit and willingness to learn
