As a working student you will help with different administrative tasks and operations in the procurement department.

How to contribute to our vision

  • Perform all operations, measures, activities and tasks as assigned by accountable management or supervisor
  • Support Commodity Management in the implementation of procurement processes
  • Learn and acquires respective theory and know how, techniques, methods, tools and processes, in the area of Procurement
  • Support in RFQ/RFP preparation
  • Support in contractors RFQ/RFP response analysis
  • Support the Purchase Order creation process
  • Contribute to the development of different tools and processes within the procurement area
  • Support the Project Commodities Managers with documentation and internal procedures and/or tender results

What You Need To Make a Difference

A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…

  • Ongoing studies preferably in commercial area, economics, Business Administration or similar, please provide proof of student status (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung) with your application
  • Strong analytical skills and a quick perception
  • Communication and team skills
  • Ability to think out of the box and authentic appearance
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
  • Very good written and spoken English skills. German would be a plus
