Your Responsibilities

• Team-focused personnel management and development
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• On-boarding of trainees and new employees
• Conducting inventories
• Proper product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring an impeccable appearance of the store

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as a retail merchant (food) or several years of professional experience in grocery retail, preferably with an organic focus
• Interest in organic food
• Enjoyment of sales and a strong sense for customer needs
• Initial leadership experience, e. g. as shift supervisor or deputy manager
• Self-initiative, sense of responsibility and team spirit
