Your Responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff leadership and development
• Planning staff schedules and vacation rosters
• Onboarding new employees and trainees
• Carrying out regular inventories
• Professional product presentation and active range maintenance
• Ensuring the store always presents a flawless appearance

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as retail merchant (food) or several years of experience in grocery retail, preferably in organic foods
• Interest in organic food and sustainable nutrition
• Enthusiasm for sales and strong customer focus
• First leadership experience, e.g. as shift or daily deputy
• High degree of initiative, responsibility and structured work style
