Start your 3-year school-leaver programme to become a Certified Retail Specialist (m/f/d) at our Alnatura store in Hochheim am Main.

Training location: Frankfurter Str. 77a, Hochheim
Working hours: 37.5 h/week
Holiday: 36 days/year
Monthly trainee salary (gross):

• Year 1: €1,290 (minimum, varies by federal state)
• Year 2: €1,420
• Year 3: regular employee salary
• Christmas & holiday bonus from year 1

Training pathway

• Years 1–2: Retail Merchant apprenticeship
  • Comprehensive organic know-how & hands-on farm experience
  • Sales, freshness checks, product presentation, checkout
  • Store management: ordering, inventory, marketing, rostering
  • “Adventure Culture” theatre workshop
• Year 3: Advanced training to Certified Retail Specialist
  • Early leadership responsibility
  • Additional qualification “Organic Food Retail”
  • Instructor aptitude certificate (AEVO)

Requirement: university entrance qualification (A-levels or equivalent).
