Tool Depot Service Engineer

Your Day-to-Day

As a Service Engineer in our Regional Tool Depot you ensure the right tools reach Latin American outage sites on time. You coordinate logistics, inventory and shipments between Houston and local teams, maintain our Tool Control & Tracking Platform and Tableau dashboards, drive procurement and compliance with safety & environmental standards – all to minimize downtime.

Your Responsibilities

• Timely delivery of certified tool kits to Latin American outages including logistics, inventory and import/export tracking
• Update tool availability, calibration, maintenance and certification records in the Tool Control Platform
• Forecast consumable demand, manage replenishment, reuse and stock levels to prevent shortages
• Arrange shipments with Shipping & Receiving, track loads and maintain shipping documentation
• Prepare quarterly fixed-asset reports, maintain SAP and platform data, report KPIs via Tableau
• Ensure safety, environmental and hygiene compliance while driving continuous improvement

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field
• 3+ years of tool warehouse management experience, multidisciplinary team exposure preferred
• Knowledge of lifting, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical and precision equipment; familiar with quality, safety, environment, ISO/OSHAS; SAP skills advantageous
• Results- and customer-oriented, strong communicator and organizer, continuous-improvement mindset
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Willingness to travel 5 % domestically and internationally
