Your responsibilities

• Team-oriented personnel leadership and development
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• Onboarding of apprentices and new employees
• Conducting inventories
• Proper product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring an impeccable overall appearance of the store

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as retail merchant (food) or several years of professional experience in food retail, ideally with an organic focus
• Interest in organic food
• Enjoyment of sales and an instinct for customer needs
• First experience in team-oriented leadership, e.g. as shift supervisor or daily replacement
• Self-initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
