Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Jackson, MS (New Manufacturing Site 2027)

Location: Jackson, MS

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

Your Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner you will drive the build-up of a brand-new manufacturing facility in Jackson, Mississippi, scheduled to open in 2027. You will advise leaders on end-to-end recruiting strategies to attract qualified talent and enable the continued expansion of Siemens Energy in the United States.

You will own the full recruitment cycle—from needs analysis to offer—partner with sourcing specialists and coordinators, and create sustainable talent pipelines. Long-term partnerships with local colleges, technical schools and military transition programs will be key to your success.

Your Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher; equivalent professional experience accepted.
• 8+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years in high-volume, manufacturing or skilled-labor hiring.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong consulting, networking and stakeholder-management skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
