Training location: Königstein, Frankfurter Straße 1
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days per year

Monthly training allowance (gross, minimum):

• Year 1: €1,190
• Year 2: €1,290
• Year 3: €1,420 (retail merchant track only)
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year 1 onward

Exact pay depends on the federal state.

What you will experience

• Theatre workshop “Adventure Culture”
• Hands-on experience on an organic farm or in an organic production facility
• Comprehensive knowledge of organic products and the Alnatura range
• Classic sales tasks: shelf-stocking, presentation, freshness checks, cashiering and customer advice
• Store management tasks: ordering, inventory, marketing campaigns and staff scheduling
