Working hours: 37.5 h/week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days/year

Training salary from year 1 (minimum):

• Year 1: €1,290/month
• Year 2: €1,420/month
• From year 3: regular employee salary
• Christmas & holiday bonus from year 1

4 IHK qualifications in 3 years

• 2-year apprenticeship as Retail Merchant (min. A-levels)
  • Theatre workshop “Adventure Culture”
  • Practical experience on organic farm or processor
  • In-depth product & range knowledge
  • Sales & store tasks: merchandising, freshness checks, checkout, ordering, inventory, campaigns, rota planning
• 1-year further training as Retail Management Specialist with early leadership responsibility
• Additional certificate “Organic Retail” (year 3)
• Trainer aptitude certificate AEVO (year 3)
