Firmly rooted in lean philosophy, Hub Logistics supplies all global and local production sites with raw materials and finished goods at the right time, in the right quantity, and to the right place. Additional assignments await you in intralogistics along the entire value chain.

Your tasks

• Learning: Over two years you will alternate between vocational school and on-the-job training to master every aspect of the specialist warehouse clerk role
• Goods receipt & inspection: Check incoming deliveries for quality and quantity and book them into the system
• Storage: Put goods away safely and systematically
• Picking & shipping: Compile picking orders and handle international shipments including documentation and customs clearance

Your qualifications

• At least a lower secondary school leaving certificate
• Careful, reliable and technically minded
• Keen interest in logistics and warehouse processes
• Team orientation and good German skills for vocational school

Duration: 2 years
Training locations: SMA Solar Technology AG, Niestetal; Paul-Julius-von-Reuter School, Kassel; Herwig-Plankertz School, Wolfhagen

Development opportunities:

• Optional: earn a higher school certificate during your apprenticeship
• After successful completion you can add a further year to qualify as a Freight Forwarding & Logistics Services Clerk
