Controller South Region (f/m/d)

As controller you act as sparring partner to regional management and take charge of the economic management of several branches in the South region (Knittlingen, Karlsruhe, Stuttgart, Mannheim).

Your responsibilities

• Primary contact for all controlling topics in the region and member of the regional management team
• Support the branches in close coordination with operational and central units
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for the region independently
• Define and analyse KPIs, create benchmarks and reports
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and payback calculations
• Drive annual regional planning and analyse plan-actual deviations
• Advance controlling tools and accompany process optimisation projects

Your profile

• Degree in business administration with focus on controlling, finance or accounting
• Professional experience in controlling, preferably in waste management or services
• Strong MS-Office skills, especially Excel; SAP R/3 and SAP BW advantageous
• Willingness to travel within the region
• Analytical mindset, self-reliant working style and team spirit
