Apprenticeship – Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d) in Wind Energy

Starting 01.09.2026 in Luckau you will begin your 3.5-year apprenticeship as a Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d) and become a certified specialist in mechanics, electrical engineering, hydraulics and control technology on wind turbines.

Your profile

• Interest in cutting-edge renewable-energy technology
• Physically fit and free from vertigo
• Solid knowledge of mathematics and physics
• (Almost) completed school-leaving certificate or motivation to switch
• Minimum age 17 at start; driving licence class B required by 2nd year
• Willingness to work at locations throughout Germany

Training & career outlook

Basic training takes place in our workshop in northern Germany. Afterwards you work directly on wind turbines with experienced colleagues, learning installation, maintenance and repair. After successful completion you will qualify as an electrical specialist and secure a long-term career in the key industry of the energy transition.
