Your role

• Own every step of heat-pump replacement projects—removing old boilers and installing modern air-to-water systems
• Travel to customers across Berlin/Brandenburg in a fully equipped service van
• Work in two-person teams with fellow mechanics or trainees
• Collaborate closely with planners, logistics and customer service
• Help optimize our proprietary, digital installation processes for maximum efficiency

What you bring

• Completed vocational training as a plumber / HVAC mechanic with a focus on heating technology, or comparable experience
• Hands-on experience in heating installation; heat-pump knowledge is a plus
• Strong customer focus and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Team player who feels comfortable in a modern, digital work environment
