Payroll and SAP Implementation Analyst -Madrid

Serás parte del Payroll Department de Vestas Mediterranean, brindando soporte en la gestión de nóminas para España y, de ser posible, Portugal. Esta es una gran oportunidad de crecimiento, ya que la posición tiene potencial de evolución a Lead Payroll en función del desempeño.

Responsabilidades:

• Gestión completa del proceso de nómina en empresas con un headcount de al menos 1.000 empleados.
• Control de políticas retributivas de todo tipo.
• Manejo de ERP, con conocimientos en SAP y SuccessFactors.
• Participación en implementaciones y optimización de procesos.
• Conocimientos en nóminas de Portugal (valorable).
• Coordinación con el equipo de Labor Relations para garantizar el cumplimiento normativo.
• Punctual payment y gestión de reporting post-payroll.

Requisitos:

• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en gestión de nóminas en entornos multinacionales.
• Formación en Grado o Máster en áreas afines.
• Inglés intermedio-avanzado (se realizará prueba).
• Excel avanzado (se realizará prueba).
• Se valorará como un plus la experiencia previa en alguna de las Big 4, especialmente en áreas de compensación y gestión de nóminas (payroll), aunque no es un requisito indispensable ya que este perfil se ajusta muy bien a las necesidades de la posición..

Ubicación y Competencias

• Oficinas en Calle Serrano Galvache, Madrid.
• Horario de lunes a viernes con entrada y salida flexible.
• Primera entrevista por Teams, seguida de entrevista presencial y prueba de Excel e inglés.
