Venue Sales Representative

Be our green-energy ambassador in Kent

Octopus Energy is reinventing field sales: we send enthusiastic Energy Helpers to events, retail spaces and doorsteps to help households switch to cheaper, cleaner power and low-carbon tech—solar, heat pumps, EV tariffs. No previous sales experience required.

What you’ll do

• Engage face-to-face with residents across Kent, comparing energy options and demonstrating how Octopus can cut bills and carbon.
• Recommend solar panels, heat pumps and smart EV products where suitable.
• Deliver first-class service in every conversation, generating warm leads and completed switches.
• Work flexible weekday, evening and weekend shifts at pre-booked venues and local neighbourhoods.

What you’ll need

• High energy, confidence and a passion for great customer experience.
• Clear communication and listening skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle to reach venues county-wide.
• Collaborative spirit and honest, empathetic approach.
