Working hours: 37.5 h/week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days/year
Training allowance (minimum, varies by federal state):

• Year 1: €1,290/month
• Year 2: €1,420/month
• Year 3: regular employee salary
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year 1

4 IHK qualifications in 3 years

Years 1 & 2: Apprenticeship as Retail Management Assistant (requires Fachabi)

• Training on organic products & Alnatura range
• Practice on organic farm or in organic production facility
• Theatre workshop “Adventure Culture”
• Sales: stock maintenance, freshness checks, checkout, advice
• Store management: ordering, inventory, promotions, staff planning

Year 3: Further training as Retail Management Specialist

• Early leadership responsibility
• Additional qualification “Organic Food Retail”
• Trainer aptitude certificate (AEVO)
