Your Profile
- A degree as retail merchant (food) or several years of professional experience in food retail, preferably with a focus on organic products
- Interest in organic food
- Enjoy selling and an instinct for customer needs
- Initial experience in team-oriented staff management, e.g. as shift leader or daily deputy
- Initiative and willingness to take responsibility
