Accounting and Financial Compliance Lead

We are seeking an Accounting and Financial Compliance Lead to join our forward-thinking team in the LATAM region. You will drive accuracy, compliance and efficiency across our financial operations using cutting-edge solutions.

How You Make an Impact

• Ensure complete monthly, quarterly and annual closing and reporting on schedule
• Prepare and analyse financial statements in accordance with relevant regulations and standards
• Lead and coordinate all phases of external audits (planning, fieldwork, closing meetings)
• Deliver timely and accurate reports to internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support actuals reporting
• Support the Head of Accounting on complex accounting matters
• Coach and develop junior team members to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

What You Bring

• Degree in accounting with 10+ years’ experience in mainstream accounting, closing & reporting, auditing and cash & bank closing
• Expert knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP (revenue recognition, FX, leases, etc.)
• Multinational company experience required; Big Four background advantageous
• Highly diligent, detail-oriented and passionate about numbers
• Hands-on experience with SAP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project)
• 3–5 years of leadership experience with strong intercultural skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills across all organisational levels
