Service Technician (m/f/d) for Wind Turbines – USA

Deutsche Windtechnik is a leading independent service partner for onshore wind turbines. To support our expansion in the United States we are hiring several Service Technicians (m/f/d) for assignment in the USA.

Your tasks

• Maintenance, service and repair of wind turbines at height
• Assembly/disassembly of mechanical and electrical components
• Fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and technical optimization of turbines
• Full documentation of all service work
• Weekend and holiday on-call duty on a rotating basis

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as electrician, mechatronics engineer or equivalent
• Prior experience in the wind industry advantageous
• Physical fitness for working at considerable height
• Team player with initiative and high willingness to perform
• Driver’s license class B/BE
• Basic English skills; willingness to learn language and culture on site
