As a Working Student Business Development – Operations in Munich you will support the Head of Business Development on strategic and operational projects. You will analyse KPIs, derive actionable insights, help build new processes and tools, and drive projects autonomously.

Your tasks

• Support the Head of Business Development in daily business and strategic initiatives
• Analyse KPIs and performance data, derive concrete action items
• Help implement new processes, tools and roll-outs
• Project management: structure work packages, control timelines, coordinate with teams and locations
• Work closely with craft locations and central departments to implement solutions pragmatically

Your profile

• Currently enrolled at a German university; available 15–20 h per week
• Strong analytical mindset and enjoyment of data-driven questions
• Very good Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, clean data preparation)
• Proactive, self-driven working style with high implementation ambition
• Structured, organised communicator with great initiative
• Interest in the craft sector and conviction for the 1KOMMA5° mission
• Very good German language skills (min. C1)
