End-to-end ownership of the entire recruiting process: job posting, pre-selection through to hiring.
Key contact for managers, staffing agencies and candidates; use of modern methods such as active sourcing.
Tracking and analysis of recruiting KPIs for board-level decision-making; deriving related actions.
Further development and coordination of structured onboarding processes and enquiries with national subsidiaries and the Lidl & Kaufland divisions.
Handling of international HR cases (assignments, transfers, job rotations) within Global Mobility.
Shaping candidate journey and employer branding; participation in career fairs and recruiting events.

University degree with HR focus (Business Admin, HR Management, Psychology) or comparable qualification.
Several years of experience in recruiting or as an HR generalist with proven success in optimising HR standards.
Confident use of HR and recruiting systems (ideally SAP SuccessFactors) and strong digital affinity.
Structured, solution-oriented working style with excellent communication skills and hands-on mentality.
Confident demeanour when dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all hierarchy levels.
Enjoyment of flat hierarchies and active co-design of processes in a dynamic environment.
