Strategy & Operations Associate, City Performance

Join the City Performance team to lead a wide range of projects that directly impact Via’s operations.

What you’ll do:

• Analyze operational data to shape strategy and track performance
• Build dashboards, reports and tools to automate insights
• Drive internal and consumer-facing product improvements for greater efficiency
• Collaborate with leadership, Product, Partner Success, Sales, BizDev, Expansion and Growth teams
• Ideate, pitch and launch initiatives that boost product and service performance
• Own feature roll-outs and impact analysis alongside product managers and engineers
• Initiate and expand external partnerships

Who you are:

• 1–2 years of professional experience in a fast-growing start-up, established tech company, consulting or finance
• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record
• Highly analytical, clear communicator
• Proven track record of owning complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end
• Fluent in analytical tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, Python; eager to expand skill set

Compensation & Benefits:
