Apprenticeship as Mechatronics Technician Wind Energy (f/m/d) – Start 2026

Deutsche Windtechnik is Europe’s largest independent service provider for wind turbines. For our site in Oerel we are looking for apprentices (f/m/d) to become Mechatronics Technicians for Wind Energy, starting 01 September 2026.

Your responsibilities

• 3.5-year apprenticeship as a specialist for mechatronic systems
• Work on mechanics, electrics, hydraulics and control technology of wind turbines
• Initial training in our workshop, then hands-on assignments throughout our wind-farm portfolio
• Obtain certified electrician qualification upon completion

Your profile

• At least intermediate school leaving certificate with good grades in maths and physics
• Physical fitness and head for heights
• Willingness to travel; driving licence class B required by second year
• Team player, technical aptitude and enthusiasm for renewable energy
