Your Role at a Glance

We deliver gas turbines to Oil & Gas and industrial power-generation customers. Our mission is to create maximum customer value by addressing project drivers across applications and configurations, leveraging our unique selling points. Investments are substantial and involve local or international owners, JV partners, operators or EPC/FEED/PRE-FEED contractors. Gas-turbine selection is critical to project success, heavily influencing CAPEX, OPEX and uptime—reliability and availability are key to electricity, compression and heat production.

Your Responsibility

• As FEED Manager for AGT you support global sales during project development by identifying the best Siemens gas-turbine fit in conceptual designs, PRE-FEED or FEED phases, positioning our products strongly to increase win probability.
• Market scouting for new features or applications; prime feedback to Strategy and R&D on competitor moves.
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally for customer meetings.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent education/experience.
• 8+ years comprehensive gas-turbine experience and network across Oil & Gas, industrial power generation, utility and data-centre sectors.
• Strong technical expertise combined with excellent communication skills at all customer levels.
• Confident presenter at customer events, internal strategy workshops and industry conferences.
• Solution-oriented, creative team player.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship required.

The Team

Gas Services – Low-emission power generation via service and decarbonization. Global FEED organization of ~20 members across UK, Sweden, Canada, Spain, Thailand and China. Reporting line to Director Customer Alliances & FEED (Sweden).
