Career Changer (m/f/d) in Wind Energy in the Control Center

Deutsche Windtechnik is Europe’s leading service provider for wind turbine maintenance. Our 2,300 employees ensure that 7,600 wind farms run reliably 365 days a year. For our Control Center in Osnabrück we are looking for motivated career changers (m/f/d).

Your tasks

• Remote monitoring of wind turbine operation and production status
• Classify fault messages and perform first-level troubleshooting
• Receive and log requests for maintenance work in wind farms by phone
• Forward and process customer enquiries
• Create and update data sheets and evaluation lists
• Take on shift and on-call duties within a 24/7 operation

What you bring

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training or degree
• Technical understanding and enthusiasm for IT-based monitoring systems
• Willingness to work shifts (early, late, night)
• Strong German and good English skills, written and spoken
• Strong organisational skills and a resilient, team-oriented approach
• Solid command of MS-Office, especially Excel and Word
