Project Manager FPSO Topside

Your area of responsibility

As Project Manager you take full responsibility for complex FPSO topside and hull projects in the oil & gas industry. You steer the entire project life-cycle from initial planning to acceptance, secure technical and economic targets and act as the central contact for customers and suppliers. Your duties include budget ownership, risk control, contract negotiation and the leadership of interdisciplinary teams. You optimise processes, analyse complex issues and develop customised solutions for client-specific requirements. We expect solid experience in technical project management, ideally on FPSO projects, strong negotiation skills, high customer focus and excellent English.

Your profile

• Completed technical degree (e.g. mechanical or electrical engineering) or comparable qualification
• At least 8 years project experience in the industrial or energy sector, including 3+ years as project manager of complex technical projects, preferably FPSO
• Certifications such as PMP or IPMA desirable
• Proven expertise in project life-cycle, risk & cost management and process optimisation
• Experience with high- and medium-voltage equipment, E-house fabrication and power-management systems
• Good command of MS-Office and project management tools
• Negotiation competency, conceptual thinking, strong team and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel, initiative and high quality awareness
