During your three-year apprenticeship as a Retail Sales Assistant you will discover every department of our organic supermarket – from ordering and presenting goods to advising customers and balancing the cash register. You actively support daily operations, take responsibility in our bakery and cheese counters, bistro and back office, and ensure smooth store processes. Equipped with sound product knowledge, you confidently advise customers on organic products and implement promotions and seasonal displays.

Your tasks:

• Attractive presentation of our organic food
• Competent, friendly customer advice
• Cashiering and cash reconciliation
• Planning and executing advertising & sales campaigns
• Ordering, receiving, checking and storing goods
• Supporting seasonal product placement

What you bring:

• Solid school results, preferably intermediate school-leaving certificate
• Enjoy dealing with people and excellent manners
• Team spirit, commitment and sense of responsibility
• Interest in organic and natural products
