Your Responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff management and motivation
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• On-boarding of apprentices and new employees
• Regular inventory management
• Professional product presentation and assortment maintenance
• Ensuring an impeccable store appearance

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as retail merchant (food) or several years’ experience in grocery retail, preferably with an organic focus
• Interest in organic food
• Enjoyment of sales and a strong sense for customer needs
• First leadership experience as shift or daily deputy manager
• High degree of initiative and sense of responsibility
